IM - Vertical Submersible Pumps

IM Vertical Half-submersible Centrifugal Pumps

IM vertical centrifugal pumps are available in plastic, polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). IM pumps are highly efficient, suitable for stationary installations (the pump is submerged directly into the tank). They are driven by an electric motor (max. 3000 rpm) and capacity, which varies (depending on the model) from 6 to 170 m3 / h, and can transport liquid with a head of up to 40 m.

IM Vertical Half-submersible Centrifugal Pumps

DEBEM vertical centrifugal pumps do not use internal mechanical seals, so wear problems are eliminated as much as possible. The operation of vertical centrifugal pumps is due to the impeller, which, rotating at a given speed, creates suction in the central duct and supply to the peripheral duct due to the centrifugal effect. The pumps are equipped with open impellers, with the vertical pumps of the IM series it is possible to pump (in continuous flow) very dirty liquids with a maximum viscosity of up to 500 cP (at 20 ° C) and with possible small suspended solids.

  • The product is designed and manufactured in Italy;
  • Polypropylene or PVDF version;
  • Can be used with liquids with suspended particles;
  • Suitable for continuous work

Explanation of the designation of the pump IM

Pump marking example: IM95P-V-0800-N
  • IM95 - size.
  • P - housing made of polypropylene (FC - housing made of fiberglass reinforced PVDF).
  • V - o-ring from Viton (D - from EPDM).
  • 0800 - the length of the immersion part is 800 mm (it can also be 250, 500, 1000 and 1250 mm).
  • N - three-phase motor (M - single-phase, A - explosion-proof standard ATEX).
