SANIBOXER - Pharmaceutical Pumps
SANIBOXER Double Diaphragm Volumetric Compressed Air Pumps
Certified pumps: 3A - MOCA - ATEX - FDA
SANIBOXER volumetric compressed air pumps with double diaphragm, specially designed for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and trichological industries.
The pumps are ideal for transferring liquids in industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and hair care. They are the optimal solution for transporting liquids and liquids with high viscosity, even with suspended solids. Compliance with the most stringent requirements of sanitary and hygienic standards.
SANIBOXER pumps are manufactured from mechanically polished AISI316L steel with a surface roughness less than <0.8 µm.
The pumps are equipped by default with diaphragm break detection sensors to prevent contamination during pumping processes.

High performance volumetric pumps with optimized air consumption, especially suitable for conveying all liquids in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and trichological industries.
The surface of the pump is very smooth RA <0.8μm AISI 316L, and the absence of protrusions on which product can accumulate allows easy cleaning and prevents the growth of bacteria, which is an important requirement of the international 3A sanitary certification.
Quick emptying system
The quick emptying system of SANIBOXER pumps allows you to completely empty the pump from the liquid inside the suction chambers.
The operation can be performed comfortably by hand without the use of tools or special equipment. The pump will be free of internal contaminants and ready to be flushed and disinfected.
Optical sensors for diaphragm rupture detection
Eccentric ball valves
SANIBOXER pumps can be equipped with eccentric liquid ball valves. Their unique shape differs from conventional ball valves and allows them to handle liquids containing large suspended solids.
The eccentric shape of the valve body prevents the ball from blocking during pumping. Balls are available in both AISI 316 and PTFE .
