The air-driven diaphragm pump BOXER 522 has a casing made of polypropylene PP or PVDF. The diaphragm pump with pneumatic drive BOXER 522 can be used in harsh industrial conditions, in hazardous areas, for pumping liquids of various viscosities.

The pump capacity reaches 600 l / min, the maximum height of the liquid column in self-priming mode is 4 meters. They work stably even in the presence of insoluble solids in the working substance. The performance of the equipment is adjustable by the user in the range from 0 to 100% without pressure loss. This pump is powered by a compressor, pneumatic line.

PERFORMANCE DIAGRAM

This figure shows the dependence of the head and pump capacity on the pressure and air flow of the compressor. The higher the compressed air pressure, the greater the head and the higher the performance curve, in turn, the speed of pumping liquid is regulated by changing the air flow rate.

For example, at a pressure of 7 bar, the optimal operating mode will be pumping 200 l / min with a head of 51 meters, and the air consumption will be 2400 nL / min
