The FULLFLOW 251 volumetric double diaphragm pump, powered by compressed air, is made of mechanically polished AISI 316L steel with a surface roughness of less than <0.8 µm. All features of the FULLFLOW pump are FDA compliant.

This pump is suitable for pumping food liquids containing suspended solids up to a diameter of 45mm and a length of up to 600mm. The pump is equipped with special valves with a large flow area, located on the horizontal hydraulic circuit.

Unlike other models on the market that typically have a vertical hydraulic circuit, the FULLFLOW pump maintains solids-to-diaphragm contact, avoiding wear due to cuts or friction and significantly extending diaphragm life.

Horizontal fluid circuit

The unique liquid transport scheme is significantly different from those available on the market. The Debema circuit deviates from the classic vertical concept in favor of a horizontal circuit in which solid particles (by gravity) cannot rise into the pumping chamber and come into contact with the diaphragms. Instead, they remain floating in the pipeline until they are ejected from the pump.

Flap valves

The vanes open and close to allow full passage of suspended particles and (apparently) no return of the liquid itself due to the position of forced movement.
