Installation of a barrel pump
The suction nozzle of a barrel pump, when installed, should be located exclusively in a vertical position. A barrel pump must be immersed in a working tank, and only work in the presence of a liquid; working "dry" or the presence of air bubbles can damage the internal sleeves at the bottom of the nozzles.
